For enormous ice demands project,as large concrete project,we design and produce containerized flake ice machine.The whole ice machine unit and electric control system were integrated into and international standard container so as to be convenient for transportation,installation and transport after use.Meanwhile,the air condition system in container also can ensure a favorable operation and meantenance at site.

PS.1.Refrigeration is by Freon(Screw or piston compressor unit),condesation is by water cooling or evaporative condensor.
2.Main parts are flake ice maker,compressor and condensor unit,air-condition container,electric control system and so on.
3.To ensure stable ice-making capacity,supply water temperature should below 16ºC.We may provide chilled water system if required.
4.The average temperature of sounding is above 35ºC,Evaporative condensor is preferred for condensation effect.
5.Above model could be assembled to enlarge,if 100tons ice capacity required,two 5M-500FC can be assembled with two containers.
Flake ice is dry and loose squama piece.
Flake ice is in the shape of flake,comparing with small ice,it enjoys larger surface area,so as to be applied for quick chilling.The thin flakes are able to enter the spaces between products by which heat exchange was reduced and ice temperature was remained.Meanwhile,it also enjoys a humid effect and suitable for long-term storage of crude and fresh foodstuff.
Flake ice has a variety of applications,for example,inside of packing box for fresh vegetables,which is in favor of long-distance transportation.Especially for tender fish stocks and transportation,such as trout,squid,cuttlefish and so son,the flake ice is the first choice.It is also applied for dye-chemistry industry and large concrete project.
